Medical Review Process

Articles are assigned to experienced medical writers. When an article is completed, it is sent to a general practice physician for review. The physician decides if the article requires review by a specialist in the topic's field and/or a pharmacist. The physician and any other necessary clinical reviewers add their changes to the article. The article is returned to RockHill, where it is edited. Two editors independently check that the clinical reviewers' changes are accurately incorporated into the article.
